THE KENSINGTON

1. Full payment is required before any order may be processed. Delays in payment may result in production or delivery delays. Ethereal Customs shall not be held responsible for delays arising from late payment or failure to approve invoices within a reasonable timeframe following the consultation.
2. Expedited orders requested with delivery timelines of approximately three (3) weeks or less may be subject to an additional express service fee.
3. All delivery and completion timelines provided by Ethereal Customs are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production and delivery may be affected by factors including, but not limited to, fabric availability, supplier delays, shipping carrier delays, customs procedures, statutory holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Minor alterations may be covered by a tailor of the client’s choosing. Ethereal Customs may reimburse eligible alteration costs as identified on the invoice at the time of order completion. Alteration reimbursements, if applicable, are subject to prior approval and submission of a valid receipt.
5. Custom garments are handcrafted based on measurements, styling selections, posture, body balance, and preferences provided by the client during the consultation process. Due to the bespoke nature of the garments, minor variations in fit, styling, construction details, fabric tone, or finishing may occur and shall not be considered defects.
6. Ethereal Customs will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate workmanship concerns reported within the claim period outlined below. Remedies, if applicable, may include reasonable alterations, repair, store credit, or other resolutions determined appropriate by Ethereal Customs at its sole discretion.
7. Fabric selections are subject to supplier availability. In the event a selected fabric becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Ethereal Customs will notify the client and provide alternative options. Such circumstances may result in revised delivery timelines.
8. Any concerns, deficiencies, or claims relating to an order must be communicated within thirty (30) days from the client’s first fitting appointment or from the date the client receives notice that the garment is ready for pickup or delivery.
9. Due to the custom and personalized nature of all garments, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided. Store credit or alternate resolutions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Ethereal Customs.
10. Styling selections approved by the client — including but not limited to linings, buttons, lapel styles, pocket styles, shirt collars, cuffs, pant styling details, monograms, or other design preferences — are considered final once production has commenced.
11. Ethereal Customs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from delays, supplier shortages, third-party tailoring work, shipping interruptions, or client-provided measurement inaccuracies.
12. Ethereal Customs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version provided at the time of purchase or invoicing shall govern the applicable order.

Ethereal Customs may collect contact details, appointment information, measurements, garment preferences, and communication details in order to provide custom menswear services.

Client information is used for appointments, orders, fittings, communication, and service improvement. Ethereal Customs does not sell personal information.
